Dialogues 4: Works on Paper

Date: August 2 through September 27, 2008 Exhibiting Artist: Exhibit Description: Dialogues 4: Works on Paper Zeitgeist is pleased to present the fourth and last installment of a series of group exhibitions, open forums, and panel discussions titled, Dialogues. This particular exhibition focuses on the medium of Works on Paper. Participating artists include: Will Berry, Patrick DeGuira, Kristi Hargrove, Paul Harmon, Alicia Henry, Jim Ann Howard, Tim Hussey, Jordan Martins, Jacqueline Meeks, Leslie Mutchler, Erin Plew, Ben Roosevelt, Rebecca Rothfus, Ward Schumaker, Andrew Smaldone, Jason Urban, Mike Wsol, Manuel Zeitlin A panel discussion related to this particular installment is scheduled for September 23. The panel will take place in the gallery and will be open to the public. Please join us. The first three of the Dialogues: Painting, Photography, and Sculpture opened to packed houses. The Sculpture installment remains on exhibit in the gallery through July 26th. Please note a satellite shows of work by the exhibiting artists currently on view at the Crosland Group in the L&C Tower and opening August 11th at the Vanderbilt Law School (see our website for more information). We hope to engage viewers to explore the wealth of art and artists in our area. Our goal as a gallery is to be a resource to those viewers who value the connection between the visual arts and the Nashville community at large and to provide a richer experience for those moved by the art, the artists, and the creative process.
